Hi friends & family!

On June 2nd our team will be participating in the WOD4SickKids SWEAT RX Championships in support of an incredible charity - The SickKids Foundation.  By making an online pledge you will be supporting our goal to raise funds for the country's largest centre dedicated to improving children's health.  In addition to competiting, for every $1 raised, we  pledge to do 1 burpee.
